Recently I came across an article originated by iGNANT one of my favorite online magazines that features fine art, design, photography and architecture.
In this iGNANT article Böttcher explains that New York is unlike any other city. It promises that you can do anything if you work hard enough. In my experiences there it truly is unlike any other place. For those who haven't been there it's a must. There is a feeling in the air and all around you when walking through the city that makes you feel like anything is possible.
In Böttcher's new book titled Logbook New York you can catch a glimpse of all of his fascinating photos giving his take on the concrete jungle. The unique look in some of his photos is brought on by him using an old projection lens pushed into a rubber sleeve.
